This step can either be a technology-focused assessment to identify opportunities for automation and scaling within your business, or it can be a comprehensive commercialization plan in collaboration with Transform Studios.

2. Opportunity Assessment or Commercialization Plan

    Once enough has been developed to put the starting point in users hands, we move to Implementation, which includes a release plan and a 3-month warranty.

    We engage third-party penetration testers for early sprints to validate the project setup and for pre-release sprints to validate the build.

    Additionally, we conduct ongoing periodic tests with the same third-party penetration testers to ensure new threat vectors are managed.

As you sign off on each deliverable, we deduct the corresponding cost from the escrow. This ensures that you have control over your budget and aligns payment with project milestones.

    Continuous Improvement Budget: For non-planned or non-plannable items, we offer a "not to be exceeded" monthly budget. This ensures that you never overspend while allowing for the flexibility to address unexpected needs.
