Lilydale Books had a vision of enabling teachers to plan booklists and for students (and parents) to be able to simply nominate their subjects and order their books.

Redgum helped build a system that delivers books to over 25,000 students across 32 schools each year.

What did Redgum do?

Redesigned the existing system to enable Lilydale to create a platform for teachers to build up their yearly student booklists for each subject.

Students can then nominate which subjects they are doing and get the complete booklist right for their course.

Time saving - Self service by teachers and students means Lilydale staff are not required to manage the process.

Teachers setting up the booklist once means the error rate drops to very manageable levels freeing up everyone for more important things.

Returning customers - making planning and ordering simple ensures repeat year on year customers.

What does it mean for our Client?

What does it mean for their customers?

For teachers it takes the effort out of planning each years booklist as they can just start from last years list.

For students and parents it removes the stress out of ordering the correct books and ebooks.
